No matter how hard we try, there are just some people that cannot be helped. This resident has a bigger problem than most - he doesn't care enough to want any better. We know some people might blame his problem on all of the product flooding over the border, poisoning the young men and woman of this country. On the other hand, who are we to judge the hard working entrepreneurs who are just supplying what is being demanded?
